মেয়েদের দেহে শুধুমাত্র যোনি, স্তন আর নিতম্বই তাদের একমাত্র যৌনস্পর্শকাতর অঙ্গ নয়। ওদের বলতে গেলে প্রায় পুরো দেহটিই স্পর্শকাতর। তার মাঝেও কিছু কিছু স্থান রয়েছে যেগুলোতে আদর পেলে তারা চূড়ান্ত উত্তেজনার দিকে তড়িৎগতিতে অগ্রসর হয়। তবে ছেলেদের দেহেরও শুধুমাত্র লিঙ্গই একমাত্র যৌন অঙ্গ নয়। আজকালকের দিনে এমনকি আমাদের দেশের ১০-১২ বছরের ছেলে-মেয়েরা পর্যন্ত জেনে যাচ্ছে কিভাবে সেক্স করতে হয়। তাই বলা যায় বিয়ে তো বহুদূরের কথা, এখনকার ছেলেমেয়েদের গার্লফ্রেন্ড-বয়ফ্রেন্ড হওয়ার আগেই তারা এ বিষয়ে বহু কিছু জানে। কিন্ত তাদের এ জানাই কি যথেষ্ট? ছোটকালে বাচ্চারা একটা খেলা খেলে, এটাকে ওরা বলে ডক্টর ডক্টর খেলা। বিশেষ করে একটি বাচ্চা ছেলে ও মেয়ে খেলার সাথী থাকলেই তারা লুকিয়ে এই খেলা খেলে থাকে। এতে দুজনেই কাপড়-চোপড় খুলে নিয়ে একজন-আরেকজনের যৌন-অঙ্গগুলো নিয়ে খেলা করে, তাদের মাঝে পার্থক্য আবিস্কার করে। সবার অবশ্য এ অভিজ্ঞতা হয়না। তবে সে যাই হোক মোটকথা আমাদের সঙ্গী-সঙ্গিনীকে পরিপূর্ন যৌনসুখ দিতে হলে তাদের যৌনস্পর্শকাতর অঙ্গগুলো সম্পর্কে আমাদের স্পষ্ট ধারনা থাকা দরকার। অনেকে বলতে পারেন কি দরকার? নিজে মজা পেলেই হল। তাদের জন্য বলছি আমার এ প্রয়াস ভালোবাসার অনুভুতিবিহীন যৌন লালসাময় সেক্সের জন্য নয়। যে তার সঙ্গী বা সঙ্গিনীকে ভালবাসে সে অবশ্যই চাবে তাকে আনন্দ দিতে এবং এতে সে নিজেও আনন্দ লাভ করে।
মূলত ছেলে ও মেয়ের যৌনকাতর অঙ্গগুলোর মধ্যে অনেকগুলোই Common রয়েছে এবং তাদের ক্রিয়া-প্রতিক্রিয়া ছেলে বা মেয়ে ভেদে প্রায় একই হলেও কয়েকটি ক্ষেত্রে কিছুটা ভিন্ন। এসকল কিছু উল্লেখপূর্বক এখানে আমি তাদের এ অঙ্গগুলোর বিবরন ছাড়াও কি কি উপায়ে সেগুলোকে উত্তেজিত করে তোলা যেতে পারে তার উপরেও আলোকপাত করেছি। আশা করি সবার ভালো লাগবে।
মেয়েদের ক্ষেত্রেঃ
মেয়েদের দেহের বেশ কয়েকটি যৌনস্পর্শকাতর অংশ আছে যেগুলো সরাসরি তাদের যৌনত্তেজনার সূচনা ঘটায়। সাধারন অবস্থা থেকে এ অংশগুলোর মাধ্যমেই একটি ছেলে তার মাঝে যৌনাভুতি জাগিয়ে তুলতে পারে। আর কিছু অংশ আছে যেগুলো মেয়েটির যৌনত্তেজনার সূচনা ঘটার পরই উত্তেজিত হওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুত হয়ে উঠে, অথচ সাধারন অবস্থায় এগুলো উত্তেজিত করার চেষ্টা করলে মেয়েটি এমনকি ব্যাথা বা অসস্তিও বোধ করতে পারে। মেয়েদের সবচাইতে যৌনস্পর্শকাতর অংশটিও এই দ্বিতীয় শ্রেনীর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। So, read on for details.
১. ঠোট ও জিহবাঃ
ঠোট নারীদেহের সবচাইতে যৌনত্তেজক অঙ্গগুলোর মধ্যে একটি। ঠোটের মাধ্যমেই সমগ্র নারীদেহ উত্তেজনার সূচনার সবচেয়ে জোরালো সংকেতটি গ্রহন করে থাকে। এতে একটি ছেলের ঠোটের স্পর্শ (আমি লেসবিয়ানদের কথা আমার লেখায় আনছি না, সেটা আরেক ধরনের অনুভূতি।) মেয়েটির সারা দেহে যেন বিদ্যুতের গতিতে কামনার আগুন ছড়িয়ে দেয়। তবে আরেকটি ঠোটের স্পর্শই যে শুধুমাত্র মেয়েটিকে উত্তেজিত করে তুলবে তা নয়। ছেলেরা অন্য ভাবেও মেয়েটির ঠোটের মাধ্যমে তার দেহের মাঝে ভালোবাসা ছড়িয়ে দিতে পারে। আঙ্গুল দিয়ে মেয়েটির ঠোটে হাত বুলিয়ে দেয়া, ওখানে নিজের নাক ঘষা এভাবেও ছেলেটি ওকে উত্তেজিত করে তুলতে পারে। আর ঠোট দিয়েও একবার মেয়েটির উপরের ঠোট আরেকবার ওর উপরের ঠোট চুষে, ফাকে ফাকে ঠোট থেকে একটু সরে গিয়ে থুতনিতে চুমু খেয়ে ওকে tease(এরভালো বাংলা প্রতিশব্দ আমার জানা নেই। এর অর্থ হিসেবে বলা যেতে পারে কাউকেযৌন আনন্দ দেয়ার উপক্রম করেও না দিয়ে তাকে সে আনন্দ পাবার জন্য আরো পাগলকরে তোলা।)করা যেতে পারে। আর মেয়েরা তাদের জিহবা দিয়ে শুধুই খাদ্যের স্বাদ গ্রহন করে না, সঙ্গীর আদরের স্বাদও এর মাধ্যমেই অনুভব করে। তাদের জিহবা একটি ছেলের মুখের ভেতরের উষ্ঞতা খুজে নেয়। এর মাধ্যমে সে ছেলেটির জিহবা থেকে যে অনুভুতি গ্রহন করে তা তার সারাদেহকে ওর কাছে সপে দেওয়ার জন্য উদগ্রিব করে তোলে। চুমু খাওয়ার সময় ছেলেটি মেয়ের মুখের ভিতরে তার জিহবা ঢুকিয়ে দিয়ে নাড়াচাড়া করে তার মুখের ভিতরেও কাঁপন বইয়ে দিতে পারে। আর মেয়েটির জিহবা চুষলে তো কথাই নেই। এভাবে মেয়েটির জিহবার স্বাদ নিয়ে ছেলেটি ওকে আদর করার জন্য মেয়েটিকে আরো উন্মুখ করে তুলতে পারে। তবে মেয়েদের ঠোট ও জিহবা যে শুধুই পরোক্ষ আদরে উদ্বেল হয় তা নয়। মেয়েটি তার সঙ্গীর গালে, গলায়, বুকে, কান এদের স্পর্শ করলে ছেলেটি যেমন আনন্দ পায় তেমনি মেয়েটিও অন্যরকম এক আনন্দ লাভ করে। অনেক পর্ন মুভিতে দেখা যায় যে সেখানে মেয়েগুলো ছেলেদের লিঙ্গ চুষতে খুব পছন্দ করে। বাস্তবে বিশেষ করে আমাদের দেশের বেশিরভাগ মেয়েই ছেলেদের লিঙ্গে মুখ দেয়াটাকে চরম ঘৃন্য একটা কাজ বলে মনে করে। অথচ, বিদেশে বাস্তবেও অনেক মেয়েই ছেলেদের লিঙ্গ শুধু তাকে আনন্দ দেওয়ার জন্যই চুষে না। সে নিজেও এতে আনন্দ পায়। এর মূল কারনই হল তার ঠোট ও জিহবার স্পর্শকাতরতা। ছেলেটির দেহের অন্যান্য অংশে এ দুটি দিয়ে স্পর্শ করে সে যে আনন্দ লাভ করে, একই কারনে নিজের ছেলেটির লিঙ্গের স্পর্শে তার আনন্দ হয়। এক্ষেত্রে একমাত্র বাধা হয়ে দাঁড়ায় তার ঘেন্না; যেটা কাটিয়ে উঠতে পারলেই সে এক নতুন ধরনের যৌনসুখ আবিস্কার করে। তার জিহবার সাথে উত্তপ্ত লিঙ্গটির স্পর্শ, তার মুখের ভিতরে সেটির অবস্থান তাকে তার যোনির ভিতরে এর অবস্থানের চেয়ে কম আনন্দ দেয় না যদি সে একবার বুঝে যায় এর মজা। যোনির চাইতে তুলনামূলক কম যৌনকাতর হলেও মেয়েদের মুখের সচেতনতা এর চেয়ে বেশি; ফলে সে ওখানে ছেলেটির লিঙ্গের অবস্থানের সময় সে এমনকি লিঙ্গের মাঝে উত্তেজিত রক্তের চলাচল, কাপুনি, উত্তাপ ইত্যাদি অনুভব করতে পারে। ভালোবাসার সময় এ অনুভুতি ছেলেটিকে আদর করার জন্য ওকে আরো উদ্বেল করে তোলে। আর তার মুখের ভিতরে যখন ছেলেটি বীর্যপাত করে তখন ছেলেটির উত্তেজনা মেয়েটির মাঝেও ছড়িয়ে পড়ে, তার জিহবা ও ঠোটের মাধ্যমে। যেসব মেয়েরা লিঙ্গ চোষাকে ঘৃনা করে তারা কি করে এর মজাকে আবিস্কার করতে পারে এ নিয়ে আমি কিছুদিন আগে একটা বিদেশি বইয়ের article পড়ে এ বিষয়ে আমার বেশ কয়েকজন close মেয়ে বন্ধুর মতামত নিয়ে ওদের positive response পেয়েছি। শিঘ্রই এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত কিছু লিখব।

 

২. গাল, কপাল, কানের লতিঃ
মেয়েদের এ স্থানগুলো তাদের যৌন উত্তেজনার অন্যতম সূচক হিসেবে কাজ করে। এসকল স্থানে ছেলেটির ঠোট ও জিহবার স্পর্শ মেয়েটির দেহের মাঝে তার ভালোবাসাকে ছড়িয়ে দেয়; মেয়েটি বুঝতে পারে, ছেলেটি তাকে চায়, তার সবকিছুই চায়। মেয়েটির এ স্থানগুলো ছেলেটির দ্বারা অবহেলিত হলে সে পরিপূর্ন ভাবে যৌনসুখ অনুভব করতে পারে না। আমার মতে, সেক্স, সে যার সাথেই করা হোক না কেন, তার মধ্যে সামান্য হলেও ভালোবাসা-আদরের ছোয়া না থাকলে এর আনন্দ অসম্পূর্ন থেকে যায়।
৩. গলাঃমেয়েদের গলায় স্পর্শ ওদের উত্তেজনায় পথে এগিয়ে নিতে যথেস্ট ভুমিকা রাখে। ছেলেটি মেয়েটির ঠোটে চুমু খেতে খেতে এর ফাকে ফাকেই গলায় ঠোট নামিয়ে এনে ঠোট দিয়ে খেলা করলে ওর দারুন এক অনুভুতি হয়। প্রায় সব মেয়েরই গলার অংশটুকু বেশ সংবেদনশীল। মেয়েটির ঠোটে চুমু খেয়ে তার গলায় নেমে আসলে তার যে সুড়িসুড়ির মত অনুভুতি হয় তাতে ও একই সাথে সুখ ও এক ধরনের অসস্তি লাভ করে। ওর মন চায় ছেলেটি ওর গলায় আরো সোহাগ বুলিয়ে দিক আর ওর ঠোট চায় আবার সেখানে ছেলেটির ঠোটের স্বাদ। এভাবে tease করে ছেলেটি মেয়েটিকে উত্তেজনায় পাগলপ্রায় করে তুলতে পারে।
৪. স্তনঃপ্রায় সব ছেলেরই মেয়েদের দেহের সবচাইতে প্রিয় স্থান তার দুটি স্তন। মেয়েদের দেহের সবচাইতে যৌনকাতর অঙ্গগুলির মাঝে যে এটি যে এক বিশেষ ভুমিকা পালন করে থাকে তা বলাই বাহুল্য। ছেলেদের ওদের প্রতি আকৃষ্ট করায় এর জুড়ি নেই। মেয়েভেদে স্তনের আকার যে ছোট বড় হয় সে হিসেবে তাদের স্পর্শকাতরতারও কিছুটা রকমফের হয়। মেয়েদের স্তনের বেশিরভাগটাই চর্বি দিয়ে তৈরী। দেহের চর্বিবহুল অংশগুলোতে এমনিতেই স্পর্শকাতরতা কম হয়। সে কারনেই যে মেয়েদের স্তন বেশি বড় থাকে স্বভাবতই তাদের স্তনের সংবেদনশীলতা তুলনামূলক ছোট স্তনের মেয়েদের থেকে সামান্য হলেও কম থাকে। এজন্যই বেশিরভাগ বড় স্তনের মেয়েরা বেশ জোরে জোরে ছেলেদের হাতে চাপ খেতে পছন্দ করে; তাদের উত্তেজিত করে তুলতে ছেলেদের একটু রুক্ষ ভাবে তৎপর হতে হয়। অবশ্য ছেলেদেরও এক্ষেত্রে কোন আপত্তি আছে বলে মনে হয়না। তাদের স্তনে জোরে জোরে হাত দিয়ে টিপা ছাড়াও ওগুলো চুষার সময় হাল্কা হাল্কা কামড় দিলে তারা দ্রুত উত্তেজিত হয় তবে কামড়টা হতে হবে বোটার আশেপাশে কিন্ত সরাসরি বোটায় নয়। অন্যদিকে মাঝারি ও ছোট স্তনের মেয়েদের স্তনের সংবেদনশীলতা তুলনামূলক বেশি হয়ে থাকে। তাই তাদের স্তন টিপার সময় শুরুতে একটু ধীরে ধীরেই করতে হবে। আর কামড় দেয়ার ব্যাপারেও সাবধান থাকতে হবে কারন বেশি সংবেদনশীলতার জন্য তারা এক্ষেত্রে বেশ ব্যথাও পেতে পারে। তবে ছোট বড় যে স্তনই হোক না কেন, সেগুলো টিপা বা চুষার সময় ছেলেদের সবসময় লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে যেন দুটি স্তনেই যেন তাদের হাতের ছোয়া থাকে। একটি চুষার সময় অন্যটি হাত দিয়ে টিপতে থাকতে হবে। আর মেয়েদের স্তনে আনন্দ দেয়ার আরো একটি পদ্ধতি হলো ছোট হলে পুরোটাই আর বড় হলে যতটুকু সম্ভব স্তনটি মুখের ভিতরে ভরে নিতে হবে। তারপর জিহবা দিয়ে বোটার উপরে বুলাতে থাকতে হবে। এতে মেয়েরা দারুন মজা পায়। আর মেয়েদের স্তনের মধ্যেও সবচেয়ে স্পর্শকাতর হল তাদের বোটা। তবে বোটায় আদর করার ব্যাপারে ছেলেদের একটু সাবধান হতে হবে। এ প্রসঙ্গে আগের পোস্টে বলেছি। বোটায় আদর করার জন্য প্রথমে মেয়েটির স্তনের অন্যান্য অংশ টিপে তাকে উত্তেজিত করে নিতে হবে। তারপর এভাবে শুরু করা যেতে পারে; ওর স্তনের বোটার উপর হাতের তালু রেখে পিঠা বানানোর জন্য বেলার মত করে হাত বুলাতে থাকতে হবে। এর আগে ওর স্তনে একটু চুষে নিলে আপনার মুখের লালা সেখানে লেগে থাকলে এভাবে তালু দিয়ে বোটাটি ম্যাসাজ করা অত্যন্ত উপভোগ্য হয়ে উঠবে। তারপর মুখ নামিয়ে দুটি ঠোট দিয়ে শুধু ওর বোটাটি চেপে ধরেও চুষা যায়। ও উত্তেজিত হয়ে উঠলে মুখের আরো ভিতরে নিয়ে বোটায় হাল্কা করে দাঁত বুলিয়ে দিলে ওর উত্তেজনা চরমে পৌছাবে।
৫. দুই স্তনের মাঝের ফাকা স্থান (Cleavage): মেয়েদের দুই স্তনের মাঝের এই যৌনত্তেজক ভাজটি তাদের প্রতি ছেলেদের আকৃষ্ট করতে যথেস্ট ভুমিকা পালন করে, কিন্তবেশিরভাগ ছেলেই এর দ্বারা প্রলুব্ধ হয়ে অবশেষে যখন ওদের নগ্ন স্তনযুগলের দেখা পায় তখন যে এদের মাঝে ওদের যে একটা বেশ স্পর্শকাতর স্থান রয়েছে তা বেমালুম ভুলে যায়। মেয়েরা তাদের স্তনে ছেলেদের মুখ আশা করার পূর্বে অবচেতন মনে তার দেহের যে অংশটি তার সৌন্দর্যকে অপরূপভাবে ফুটিয়ে তুলেছে সেই স্তনের ভাজে ছেলেটির আদর চায়। আমার কাছে আবেগময় সেক্স এর সূচনা কোনপ্রকার Foreplay (এর অর্থ যে সেক্সের আগে এর জন্য মেয়েটিকে প্রস্তুত করে তোলার আদর তা আশা করি ব্যাখ্যা করতে হবে না।)ছাড়া হতেই পারে না। তাই মেয়েটির গলায় চুমু খেতে খেতে ওর দুই স্তনের ফাকা স্থানে ছেলেটিকে মুখ নামিয়ে এনে, এখানে চুমু খেয়ে, জিহবা বুলিয়ে, আদর করলে এমন অবস্থা হবে যে সে নিজেই আপনার মুখ তার স্তনের দিকে টেনে নিয়ে যাবে।
৬. বগলের নিচঃএটা হয়তবা আপনাদের কাছে নতুন লাগছে। কিন্ত বাস্তবিকই, মেয়েদের বগলের নিচে যে তাদের যৌনস্পর্শকাতর একটি স্থান রয়েছে তা অনেকেরই অজানা। তবে শুরুতেই বলেছিলাম, মেয়েদের কিছু স্পর্শকাতর অঙ্গ রয়েছে যেগুলোতে আদর করে, মেয়েটি যৌনত্তেজিত অবস্থায় না থাকলে, তাকে যৌনসুখ দেয়া যায় না বরং তার ব্যাথা বা অসস্তি হয়। ওদের বগলের নিচ তেমনই এক স্থান। উত্তেজিত অবস্থা মেয়েটির বগলের নিচে চুমু খাওয়া, জিহবা দিয়ে চেটে দেয়া ওর জন্য বেশ যৌনান্দদায়ক।
৭. নাভীঃমেয়েদের নাভী ও এর আশেপাশের স্থানগুলো মোটামুটি সংবেদী। ওখানে চুমু খাওয়া, আঙ্গুল দিয়ে চাপ দেয়া, জিহবা বুলিয়ে দেওয়া, চোষা ইত্যাদি করা ওকে tease করার এক অনন্য উপায়।

 

 

৮. নিতম্বঃমেয়েদের দেহের সবচেয়ে চর্বিবৎসল অংশ; দেহের যেকোন স্থানের চেয়ে এর সংবেদনশীলতা তুলনামূলক কম (স্কুলেথাকতে যারা নিতম্ব আর ধরুন হাত দুই স্থানেই শিক্ষকের উত্তম মধ্যম খেয়েছেনতারা আশা করি এখনো ভুলেননি কোন যায়গার ব্যথা সামান্য হলেও সহনীয় ছিল?) তাই বলে মেয়েদের সেক্স উত্তেজনায় এর ভুমিকাকে কোনভাবেই খাটো করে দেখা যাবে না। ছেলেদের আকৃষ্ট করায় এর অবদান অনস্বীকার্য। তাই ছেলেরাও চায় একে নিজ হাতে আকড়ে ধরে তার চোখ তার মনে যে তৃষ্ঞা সৃষ্টি করেছিল তা মিটিয়ে নিতে। আর মেয়েরাও তো তাই চায়। ছেলেরা যতই পাগলের মত তার এ ‘গোপন হয়েও উন্মুক্ত’ অঙ্গটি ধরে ধরে আদর করে তারা ততই উত্তেজিত হয়ে উঠে। উম্মাদ-মাতাল সেক্সের বেলায় মেয়েদের নিতম্বে হাত দিয়ে জোরে জোরে চাপর দিয়ে তাদের বেশ উত্তেজিত করে তোলা যায়। তবে রোমান্টিক সেক্সের সময় (বিভিন্নরকম Mood এর sex যেমন, Rough, Sensual, forced, surprise, fetish, bondage ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে পরবর্তী কোন লেখায় বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করবো।) সবচেয়ে ভালো উপায় হল মেয়েটির নিতম্বে হাত দিয়ে ম্যাসাজ করে দেওয়া। তবে একেবারে মোলায়েম ভাবে নয়, একটু জোর দিয়ে করতে হবে।
৯. হাটুঃমেয়েদের হাটু একটি মোটামুটি স্পর্শকাতর অঙ্গ। সরাসরি সেক্সের সময় এর ভুমিকা তেমন একটা নেই তবে সেক্সের সূচনায় এটি বেশ কিছুটা অবদান রাখে। কোন প্রেমিকযুগল একসাথে বসে পড়াশোনা, খাওয়া এসব করার সময়, ছেলেটি টেবিলের নিচে তার নগ্ন পা মেয়েটির নগ্ন পায়ের সাথে স্পর্শ করিয়ে হাটুতে বুলিয়ে দিতে পারে। মেয়েরা এই জিনিস খুব উপভোগ করে। এই ধরনের আদরকে বলা হয় Footsie. এ আদর মেয়েটিও ছেলের পায়ে করতে পারে, ছেলেদের হাটু এক্ষেত্রে মেয়েদের মত অতটা সংবেদী না হলেও মেয়েটির নরম পায়ের স্পর্শ ওর কাছে দারুন লাগে (এটা আমার নিজের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলা!)।সেক্সের মুড তৈরী করতে এর জুড়ি মেলা ভার।
১০. উরু ও পায়ের পাতাঃমেয়েদের আরো একটি অত্যন্ত স্পর্শকাতর অংশ হল তাদের উরুদ্বয়। বিশেষ করে হাটুর উপরিভাগ থেকে এর স্পর্শকাতরতা বাড়তে বাড়তে উরুসন্ধি, তথা তাদের যোনির আশেপাশে গিয়ে চূড়ান্ত অবস্থায় পৌছে। এটিও সেসব অংশের অন্তর্ভুক্ত যেগুলো দ্বারা সরাসরি মেয়েটির উত্তেজনার সূচনা ঘটিয়ে তাকে যৌন আনন্দ দেয়া যায়। যোনির কাছাকাছি বলে এর মাধ্যমে মূলত মেয়েটিকে যোনিতে স্পর্শ পাবার জন্য উন্মুখ করে তোলা যায়। মেয়েটি যদি স্কার্ট বা নিচ উন্মুক্ত, এমন কোন কাপড় পড়ে থাকে তবে, তাকে চুমু খেতে খেতে যৌনমিলনের শুরুর দিকে তার হাটু থেকে হাত উঠানামা করে উরুসন্ধির কাছে এনে আবার নামিয়ে ম্যাসাজ করলে সে বেশ দ্রুত উত্তেজিত হয়ে উঠে। আর কিছু মেয়ের ক্ষেত্রে শোনা যায় যে তাদের পায়ের পাতা এতটাই স্পর্শকাতর থাকে যে শুধুমাত্র সেখানে আদর পেয়েই অনেকসময় তারা চরম সুখের কাছাকাছি চলে যায়। তবে কমবেশি সব মেয়েরই পায়ের পাতা বেশ যৌনকাতর থাকে। কোন মেয়েকে সারাজীবন আপনার যৌন আদরের পাগল করে রাখার জন্য আমার আগের আর্টিকেলে ওর যোনির প্রতি যে অতিরিক্ত আসক্তি পরিহার করার কথা বলেছিলাম তা অবশ্য পালনীয়। মেয়েটির উপরাংশ উত্তেজিত করেই সহজে তার যোনিতে যাওয়া চলবে না; কারনটি একটু পরে বলছি। তাই মেয়েটির উপরিভাগ উত্তেজিত করে (উপরে সে অংশগুলোর কথা বলা হয়েছে।) সেখান থেকে সরাসরি তার পায়ে চলে যাওয়া যেতে পারে। মেয়েটির পায়ের পাতার নিচ চেটে দেওয়া, তার আঙ্গুলগুলো, বিশেষ করে বুড়ো আঙ্গুল মুখে নিয়ে চুষা, পাতার উপরিভাগে জিহবা বুলিয়ে হাটু থেকে উঠে আসা এসবই তার পা কে উত্তেজিত করে তোলার উপায়। এরপর ওর উরুতে আস্তে আস্তে উঠে সেখানে চুমু দেয়া জিহবা বু্লানো যায়। তবে স্তনের মতই দুই উরুর কোন একটি অবহেলা করে ফেলে রাখা যাবে না। একটিতে আপনার মুখ থাকলে অন্যটিতে একটি হাত থাকতেই হবে। আর এভাবে মেয়েটির নিম্নাংশে, বিশেষ করে উরুতে আদর করার সময় অবশ্যই একটি হাত দিয়ে হলেও সেটি দিয়ে হাত যতখানি যায় মেয়েটির দেহের উপরিভাগের সাথেও স্পর্শ রাখতে হবে। উরুতে জিহবা বুলিয়ে দেয়ার শুরুতে ওর যোনির আশেপাশে জিহবা নিয়ে সেটা স্পর্শ না করেই আবার উরুতে ফিরিয়ে আনবেন, তবে ফাকে ফাকে যোনিতে আঙ্গুলের সামান্য ছোয়া লাগিয়েই আবার সরিয়ে উরুতে নিয়ে যেতে হবে, মেয়েটি আপনার হাত টেনে সেখানে নিয়ে যেতে চাবে। কিন্ত আপনি কিছুতেই নেবেন না। ওর উরুতে জিহবা বুলিয়ে, ফাকে ফাকে উপরে উঠে ওর স্তনে একটু টিপে দিয়ে ওকে আরো উত্তেজিত করে তুলবেন। যতক্ষন পর্যন্ত না ও আপনার মনোযোগ ওর যোনিতে নেওয়ার জন্য বলতে গেলে ধস্তাধস্তি শুরু করে দেয়। এ অবস্থায় ওর অবহেলিত যোনিতে আপনার হাতের স্পর্শ পেলে ও সেখানে আদর পাওয়ার জন্য ও রাক্ষুসী হয়ে উঠে আপনাকেও আদর করতে থাকবে, আর ঠোটের স্পর্শ পেলে কি হবে সেটা আর নাই বা বললাম…আপনি নিজেই দেখে নিন!!
১১. যোনি ও তার আশেপাশের অঞ্চলঃআহা! এবার সবাই আশা করি একটু নড়েচড়ে বসেছেন? হুম, বসারই কথা। এখন আমরা মেয়েদের সবচাইতে যৌনসংবেদী অঞ্চল সম্পর্কে জানব। এর মাঝে অনেককিছুই হয়তো আপনার জানা আছে এবং অনেককিছুই নেই। সেই না জানা অংশগুলোই হয়তোবা আপনার জানা সবচেয়ে জরুরী। So, read carefully.
মুলত যোনি বলতে আমরা অনেকেই মেয়েদের উরুসন্ধির সমগ্র অঞ্চলটাই বুঝি; কিন্ত প্রকৃতপক্ষে মেয়েদের যে ছিদ্রটি দিয়ে ছেলেদের লিঙ্গ ঢুকে শুধু সেটাকেই যোনি বলে। এর আশেপাশে যে অঞ্চলগুলো রয়েছে, সেগুলোকে বেশ কয়েকটি অংশে ভাগ করা যায়। সংবেদনশীলতায় এদের একটি আরেকটি হতে তুলনামূলক ভিন্ন রকমের। তবে স্পর্শকাতরতায় এ স্থানসমূহ নারীদেহের অন্য যেকোন স্থান হতে বেশি। এতক্ষন পর্যন্ত মেয়েদের দেহের অন্যান্য যৌনকাতর অংশসমূহের কথা আলোচনার সময় আপনারা হয়ত ভেবে বিরক্ত হয়েছেন কেন আমি বারবার বলেছি যে, মেয়েটির অন্যান্য অঙ্গে আদর করে তাকে পাগলের মত উত্তেজিত করার আগ পর্যন্ত তার যোনি ও এর আশেপাশের অঞ্চলে যেতে। এর মূল কারন হচ্ছে যোনির অতিরিক্ত স্পর্শকাতরতা। এর ল্যাবিয়া মাইনরা ও ম্যাজরা অঞ্চল সরাসরি স্পর্শের মাধ্যমে উত্তেজিত করা গেলেও অর্থাৎ মেয়েটিকে উত্তেজিত করে তুলতে যাওয়ার প্রথম দিকে এগুলো নিয়ে খেলা করলে মেয়েটি মজা পায় ঠিকই কিন্ত ওর দেহের সবচেয়ে বেশি যৌনকাতর অঙ্গ, যেটার অন্য নামই হল আনন্দের সুইচ (Pleasure button), সেই ভগাঙ্কুরের (Clitoris) স্পর্শকাতরতা হেলাফেলা করার নয়। মেয়েটি উত্তেজিত না হওয়া অবস্থায় এ স্থানে ছেলেরা তাদের আঙ্গুল ঘষলে বা চুষতে গেলে মেয়েটি আনন্দ তো দুরের কথা বরং হাল্কা অসস্তি থেকে শুরু করে বেশ ব্যথাও পেতে পারে। এর ফলে ওর পুরো সেক্সের মুডটাই নস্ট হয়ে যেতে পারে। আমার ফেসবুকের এক কানাডিয়ান বন্ধুর সাথে একবার এই বিষয় নিয়ে Chat করছিলাম। ও প্রথমবারের মত ওর গার্লফ্রেন্ডের যোনি চুষার সময় হঠাৎ করে ওর গার্লফ্রেন্ড চিৎকার করে ওকে সরিয়ে দিয়েছিল, তার নাকি এতে বেশ ব্যথা লাগছিল। এই ঘটনার পর আমার হতভম্ব ফ্রেন্ড কোনভাবেই ওকে তার যোনি চুষতে দিতে রাজি করাতে পারেনি। আমি ওকে জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম যে ও কিভাবে শুরু করেছিল। ও আমাকে বলল যে সে নিজে সেদিন খুব হর্নি হয়ে ছিল, তাই ওদের Dorm এর রুমে গিয়েই ও পাগলের মত ওর গার্লফ্রেন্ডের জামাকাপড় খুলে তাকে উত্তেজিত করার চেস্টা শুরু করে দিয়েছিল। ওকে সামান্য একটু কিস করেই সে সরাসরি তার যোনিতে গিয়ে আঙ্গুল দিয়ে জোরে জোরে ভগাঙ্কুরটা ঘষে ঘষে সেখানে জিহবা চালাচ্ছিল। আমি তার এ ভুল ধরিয়ে তাকে তার গার্লফ্রেন্ডের বিশ্বাস আবার অর্জন করে তাকে ধীরে ধীরে ভালোবাসার সাথে আদর করার দিকে এগিয়ে যেতে বলি; এ বিষয়ে কিছু টিপস দেই। কিছুদিনের মাঝেই ওদের সম্পর্ক স্বাভাবিক ও আগের চেয়েও বেশি যৌনত্তেজনাপুর্ন হয়ে উঠে। আশা করি আপনাদের এই ছোট্ট ঘটনাটির মাধ্যমে বুঝাতে সক্ষম হয়েছি, কেন মেয়েদের যোনিতে আদর করার পূর্বে তাদেরকে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমান উত্তেজিত করে নেওয়া উচিত। আর হ্যা অনেক ছেলে আছে যারা নোংরা মনে করে ঘেন্নায় যোনিতে মুখ দিতে চায় না। তাদের জন্য বলছি, মেয়েটি যদি সুস্থ-সবল হয়ে থাকে তবে তার যোনিতে কোন ক্ষতিকর কিছু থাকার সম্ভাবনা নেই। ওদের যোনিরসে (যা মেয়েটি যৌনত্তেজিত না হলেও সাধারন অবস্থায় প্রায়ই কিছুটা নির্গত হয়।) ব্যক্টেরিয়া ও ক্ষতিকর জীবানু নিরুদক পদার্থ থাকে যা যোনিকে জীবানুমুক্ত রাখে। নিচে আলাদা আলাদা করে মেয়েদের যোনি অঞ্চলের অংশগুলোর কথা বলা হল।
ক) মোনস পিউবিসঃ যোনির একেবারে উপরিভাগে যে ফোলা ফোলা অংশ থাকে তাকে মোনস পিউবিস বলে। এ অঞ্চলেই মূলত মেয়েদের যৌনকেশ সবচেয়ে বেশি থাকে। অনেকে এ অঞ্চলটিতে যৌনকেশ পছন্দ করেন আবার অনেকে সেভ করা পছন্দ করেন। তবে যেভাবেই হোক এ স্থানটি বেশ সংবেদী। মূলত যোনিতে মুখ দেয়ার আগে, অন্য কোথাও মেয়েটিকে আদর করার সময় ফাকে ফাকে এখানে চুমু খেয়ে ওকে ছেলেরা tease করে থাকে। এই স্থানে যৌনকেশ থাকলে অনেক ছেলে নিচে যোনি চোষার সময় নিজের ঠোটের উপরের স্থানে ও নাকে এই চুলগুলোর সুরসুরি খেতে পছন্দ করে। শুনেছি এটা নাকি এক দারুন অভিজ্ঞতা। আপনারাও চেষ্টা করে দেখতে পারেন।
খ) ল্যাবিয়া মেজরাঃ মোনস পিউবিসের নিচেই সমগ্র যোনি অঞ্চলকে ঘিরে থাকা বড় নিম্ন ঠোট হিসেবে পরিচিত পাতলা চামড়ার অংশটিই এটি। ছেলেদের অন্ডথলির চামড়ার মত একই Embryonic tissue দিয়ে এটি তৈরী। মেয়েটি উত্তেজিত হলে এটি প্রসারিত হয়ে যায়। এটি যথেষ্ট স্পর্শকাতর হলেও, যোনির অন্যান্য অঞ্চল থেক তুলনামূলক কম সংবেদী। এর চারপাশে জিহবার আগা লাগিয়ে লাইনের মত টেনে টেনে, ঠোট দিয়ে চেপে ধরে উত্তেজিত করা যেতে পারে।
গ) ল্যাবিয়া মাইনোরাঃ ল্যাবিয়া মেজরার ভিতরে ভাজে থাকে ল্যাবিয়া মাইনোরা (ছোট নিম্ন ঠোট)।এই চামড়ার স্তরটি ভগাঙ্কুর, মুত্রপথ ও যোনিকে ঘিরে থাকে। অনুত্তেজিত অবস্থায় এটি মেয়েটির যোনিমুখ ঢেকে রাখে। এর ভিতরের স্তরে অসংখ্য ছোট ছোট তেল গ্রন্থি রয়েছে। প্রচূর স্নায়ুকোষ সমৃদ্ধ এ অঞ্চলটি অত্যন্ত স্পর্শকাতর এবং মেয়েটির যোনি অঞ্চলের উত্তেজনায় গুরুত্বপুর্ন ভুমিকা রাখে। মূলত যোনি চোষা বলতে এই অংশটুকু চোষাকেই বোঝায়। ভগাঙ্কুরের নিচে যোনিদ্বার ও মুত্রপথের আশেপাশের প্রায় ফুটন্ত গোলাপের মত দেখতে এই অংশটিতে আঙ্গুল দিয়ে নাড়াচাড়া করে, জিহবা দিয়ে চেটে, আইসক্রিম চোষার মত করে চুষে ক্লাইটোরাল বা জি-স্পট অর্গাজমের(এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত একটু পরেই বলছি।) জন্য মেয়েটিকে পর্যাপ্ত উত্তেজিত করে তোলা হয়।

 

 

ঘ) যোনিঃ নারীদেহের প্রজনন অংগের প্রধান অংশ। ম্যাবিয়া মাইনোরার ভেতরে ক্লাইটোরিস গ্ল্যনড ও মূত্রছিদ্রের নিচেই এর মুখ অবস্থিত। যোনির কথা বলার পূর্বে কুমারী মেয়েদের যোনিপর্দা (Hymen) নিয়ে একটা সাধারন ভুল ধারনা সম্পর্কে বলে নিই। যৌন বিষয়ে অনভিজ্ঞ কিছু লেখকের চটি পড়ে যারা কখনো সেক্স করেননি তাদের অনেকেরই ভুল ধারনা এই যে যোনির সামান্য একটু ভিতরে যোনিপর্দা অবস্থিত, এ ধারনা একসময় আমারও হয়েছিল। কিন্ত প্রকৃত পক্ষে যোনির প্রবেশ মুখেই যোনি পর্দা অবস্থিত। তবে এ পর্দা যোনিকে আংশিক ঢেকে রাখে; এর মাঝে একটা ফুটো থাকে, যার মাধ্যমে মেয়েদের রজঃস্রাব নিসৃত হয়। বেশিরভাগ কুমারী মেয়ের পর্দার এ ফুটো দিয়ে ইচ্ছে করলে আঙ্গুল প্রবেশ করিয়ে হস্তমৈথুন করার মত বড় হলেও, একটি ছেলের লিঙ্গ প্রবেশ করার জন্য এটি যথেষ্ট বড় থাকে না। তাই প্রথম বারের মত কোন ছেলের লিঙ্গ প্রবেশ করার সময় পাতলা এ পর্দাটির মূল অংশটি ছিড়ে যায়। অবশ্য যোনিমুখের আশেপাশে এর অংশবিশেষ থেকে যায়। তবে এটা কিন্ত কুমারীত্বের একেবারে নির্ভরযোগ্য চিহ্ন নয়, অনেক কুমারী মেয়ের জন্মলগ্ন থেকেই পর্দার ফুটো এতই বড় থাকে যে পর্দার অস্তিত্বই খুজে পাওয়া যায় না। সে যাই হোক এবার মূল কথায় আসি। যোনি নারীদেহের অত্যন্ত স্পর্শকাতর একটি অংশ। ছেলেটি মেয়েটিকে আদর করার সময় ওর যোনি উত্তেজিত হয়ে আকারে স্বাভাবিক অবস্থার চেয়ে বেড়ে যায়। এ প্রসারনের ফলে যোনিনলের ভেতরের দেয়ালের মিউকাস মেমব্রেন ও যোনিমুখের কাছাকাছি বার্থোলিন গ্লান্ড বা ছোট ভেস্টিবুলার গ্ল্যান্ড হতে কিছু পরিমান তরল নির্গত হয়ে যোনিমুখ ও পথকে পিচ্ছিল করে তোলে। মূলত এই তরলই আমরা যোনিরস হিসেবে চিনি। এটি কিছুটা অম্লধর্মী, তবে এটি গলধঃকরন করলে কোন ক্ষতির আশঙ্কা নেই। যোনির ভেতরের দেয়ালে রয়েছে বহু স্নায়ুপ্রান্ত যা প্রকৃতপক্ষে ক্লাইটোরিসের শাখা। তাই এখানে কোনকিছু প্রবেশ করলে মেয়েটি দারুন আনন্দ লাভ করে। যোনিতে লিঙ্গ দিয়ে মৈথুন করা ছাড়াও জিহবা ঢুকিয়ে, আঙ্গুল দিয়ে যে মেয়েটিকে মজা দেওয়া যায় সেটা তো সবারই জানা। আর মৈথুন শুরুর পূর্বে কি কি কাজ করতে হবে তা তো এতক্ষন ধরে বলছিই তাইনা? যোনিতে মোটামুটিভাবে ১০-৩০ মিনিট ধরে মৈথুন করলে মেয়েদের অর্গাজম হয়ে থাকে। তবে মৈথুনের পূর্বে পরিপূর্ন উত্তেজনার অভাবে বহু মেয়ে তার সারা জীবনেও এ অর্গাজম লাভ করতে পারে না। এরকম যাতে না হয় সেজন্যই যে আমার এসব লেখা তা তো আগেই বলেছি। আর একটা কথা, অনেকেরই ধারনা ভ্যাজিনাল অর্গাজমের (যোনিতে মৈথুনের ফলে অর্গাজম) সময় মেয়েদের যোনি থেকে গলগল করে রস বেরিয়ে আসে। এটা আংশিক ভুল ধারনা। মেয়েটিকে উত্তেজিত করার সময়ই ওর যোনি দিয়ে যে রস চুইয়ে চুইয়ে বের হয়ে আসে তার মাত্রা সামান্য বেড়ে যায় মাত্র। মেয়েদের প্রকৃত এজাকুলেশন (Ejaculation এর বাংলা ছেলেদের ক্ষেত্রে বীর্যপাত, মেয়েদের ক্ষেত্রে কি বলব?) ঘটে থাকে ওর জি-স্পট অর্গাজমের সময়। সে প্রসঙ্গে একটু পরেই আসছি।
ঙ) ক্লাইটোরিস (Clitoris): নারী দেহের সবচাইতে স্পর্শকাতর অংশ। এটি মূলত কয়েকটি স্পর্শকাতর স্থানের একটি সমন্বয় যা সমগ্র যোনি অঞ্চলের উপরে দৃশ্যমান ও ভিতরের অংশে ছড়িয়ে আছে। অনেকে মনে করে, ল্যাবিয়া মাইনরায় মুত্রছিদ্রের উপরে অবস্থিত সামান্য ফোলা স্থানটিই ক্লাইটোরিস। কিন্ত আসলে সেটি হল সমগ্র ক্লাইটোরিসের অংশসমূহের কেন্দ্রবিন্দু, ক্লাইটোরাল গ্ল্যান্স বা ভগাঙ্কুর। এর একটু উপরে মোনস পিউবিস অঞ্চলের ঠিক নিচেই সামান্য একটু স্থান জুড়ে যে যৌনকেশবিহীন অঞ্চল রয়েছে সেটির চামড়ার নিচে আছে ক্লাইটোরাল শ্যাফট। মেয়েটির ক্লাইটোরাল অঞ্চল উত্তেজিত হলে নলাকার এই অংশটি রক্ত এসে স্ফিত হয়ে যাওয়ায় তা হাত দিয়ে অনুভব করা যায়। এই স্থানে জোরে চাপ না দিয়ে আঙ্গুল বুলিয়ে দেয়া বেশ আরামদায়ক। ক্লাইটোরিসের মূল কেন্দ্র ভগাঙ্কুরে মোটামুটিভাবে প্রায় ৮ হাজারের উপর স্নায়ুকেন্দ্র রয়েছে যা ছেলেদের লিঙ্গের মুন্ডির স্নায়ুকেন্দ্রের তুলনায় প্রায় দ্বিগুন এবং মানবদেহের অন্য যেকোন অংশ থেকে বেশি। এর অত্যধিক স্পর্শকাতরতার জন্য একে উত্তেজিত করে তোলার পূর্বে অবশ্যই মেয়েটিকে চরম উত্তেজনার দ্বারপ্রান্তে নিয়ে যেতে হবে। কারন অনুত্তেজিত অবস্থায় এই টুপির মত অংশটিতে আঙ্গুল ঘষা বা জিহবা বুলানো মেয়েটির জন্য দারুন অসস্তির হতে পারে। ভগাঙ্কুরে আদর মূলত আলতোভাবে আঙ্গুলের স্পর্শ দিয়েই শুরু করা ভালো। সেক্ষেত্রে ভগাঙ্কুরের নিচে মেয়েটির ল্যাবিয়া মাইনোরায় জিহবা দিয়ে চাটতে চাটতে ভগাঙ্কুরে আঙ্গুলি করা যেতে পারে; আস্তে আস্তে আঙ্গুলের গতি বাড়াতে হবে। এভাবে মেয়েটিকে বেশ কিছুক্ষন আদর করার পর আস্তে আস্তে মুখ উপরে এনে জিহবা দিয়ে ভগাঙ্কুরে লাগিয়ে চাটা শুরু করতে হবে। এই সময় মেয়েটির যোনির ভেতরে আঙ্গুল ঢুকিয়ে দিলে সে আরো উত্তেজিত হতে পারে। যোনির ভেতরে প্রথমে একটা তারপর দুটো আঙ্গুল নিয়ে যতটা সম্ভব গভীরে নিয়ে আবার বের করে আনতে হবে, এসময় যোনির দেয়ালে তেমন একটা চাপ না দিলেই ভালো। এরকম কিছুক্ষন করে আবার মুখ নামিয়ে যোনি মুখ জিহবা দিয়ে চাটতে চাটতে ভগাঙ্কুর আঙ্গুল দিয়ে ঘষা শুরু করা যায়। এসময় যোনির ভেতরে একই সাথে আঙ্গুল ও জিহবা ঢুকিয়ে আবার বের করা যেতে পারে। মূলত এভাবেই যতক্ষন পর্যন্ত মেয়েটির অর্গাজম না হয় চালিয়ে যেতে হবে। আর এই পুরো সময়টাতেই অবশ্যই যে হাতটি খালি থাকবে সে হাত দিয়ে মেয়েটির দেহের উপরাংশে যতটুক পারা যায় একটু হাত বুলিয়ে বা একটু চেপে ধরে সংযোগ রক্ষা করতে হবে। এই ভাবে যে অর্গাজম হয় তাকে বলা হয় ক্লাইটোরাল অর্গাজম।
