The sexual act that is performed by sucking or licking the opposite sexual or gay by mouth hole is called oral sex. মুখ গহ্ববর দ্বারা বিপরীত লিঙ্গ বা সমলিঙ্গের যৌনাঙ্গ চোষন (Sucking) বা লেহন করে যে যৌন ক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হয় তাকে ওরাল সেক্স বলা হয়। এটা দু ধরনের, যখন পুরুষ সঙ্গীটি স্ত্রী সঙ্গীর যৌনাঙ্গ চোষন করে পুর্ন যৌন পরিতৃপ্তি গ্রহন করে তাকে কনিলিঙ্গাস (Connillingus) বলা হয়। আবার স্ত্রী সঙ্গীটি পুরুষ সঙ্গীর যৌনাঙ্গ চোষন করে পুর্ন যৌন পরিতৃপ্তি গ্রহন করলে তাকে ফেলাসিও (Fellatio) বলা হয়। যুগলদের মধ্যে কনিলিঙ্গাস এবং ফেলাসিও ই যখন চরম যৌন পরিতৃপ্তি লাভের একমাত্র ক্রিয়া হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তখন তা অস্বাভাবিক যৌনাচার হিসেবে গন্য করা হয়। যখন কোনো যুগল মুল রতি ক্রিয়া বা মিলনের পূর্বে Love play এর অংশ হিসেবে ওরাল সেক্স করে তখন তা স্বাভাবিক যৌনাচার হিসেবেই গন্য করা হয়।
মুখমেহন স্বাভাবিক মিলন হিসাবে বাৎস্যায়ন স্বীকার করেন নি। স্বামী-স্ত্রীর মধ্যে এটি সর্বদা চলতে পারে না। তবু শাস্ত্রে এটি উল্লিখিত হয়েছে।
শাস্ত্রে উল্লিখিত হবার অর্থ অবশ্য এই নয় যে, এটি খুব ভাল আসন বা এটি সম্মান পেয়েছে। শাস্ত্রে কেবল এটাকে একটি অস্বাভাবিক মিলন বলেই এর নাম উল্লিখিত হয়েছে।
ভারতের কোন কোন জাতির মধ্যে ঔপরিষ্ঠক স্বীকৃত ও বেশ প্রচলিত-কিন্তু তাই বলেই তাকে উচ্চ স্থান দেওয়া হয় না।
মুখমেহন সব পণ্ডিতের মতেই ঘৃন্য-তাই এ বিষয়ে বেশি আলোচনা করা হলো না।
বাৎস্যায়ন বলেন নারী শুধু তিনটি শ্রেণীরই নয়-তাছাড়াও আছে আর এক শ্রেণী-তার নাম হলো নপুংষক শ্রেণী।
এই নপুংষক শ্রেণীর যোনি ঠিকমত গঠিত নয়-তাই এদের সঙ্গে যৌন ক্রিয়া সম্ভব নয়। এদের দ্বারা কেবল মুখমেহন করানো চরতে পারে।
এই শ্রেণীর নপুংষক অনেক সময় অর্থের বিনিময়ে মুখমেহনে রাজী হয়।
এই মুখমেহন আট প্রকার হ’য়ে থাক-
১।-নিমিত-এতে নপুংষক তার করতলে পুরুষাঙ্গ ধরে আসে- আসে- তার ওষ্ঠাধারে ঘর্ষণ করে।
২।-পার্শ্ব-লিঙ্গ মুণ্ডের আবরণ খুলে আসে- আসে- মুখে প্রবেশ করানো।
৩।-বহিঃসংদংশন্তদাঁত ও ঠোঁট দিয়ে পুরুষাঙ্গের আবরণ উন্মোচন।
৪।-পুরুষাঙ্গ বারে বারে মুখের ভেতরে নেওয়া ও বের করা। বহুক্ষণ এরূপ করা।
৫।-অন্তঃসংদংশন্তওষ্ঠাধর দিয়ে চোষণ করা।
৬।-জিহ্বা দ্বারা চোষণ।
৭।-আম্রচোষণ-পুরুষাঙ্গ আম্রের মত চোষণ করা।
৮।-আকন্ঠীত-সম্সত পরুষাঙ্গ গিলে ফেলার মত।
মুখের মধ্যে সুরতের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আলিঙ্গনাদিও চলতে পারে।
অনেক নীচজাতীয়া নারীদের দ্বারা এ কাজ করানো যেতে পারে।
কামশাস্ত্রে মুখে সুরত নিষিদ্ধ। তবে অনেকে এটি পছন্দ করেন।-বা কোন রাবাঙ্গনা রাজী হলে তার দ্বারা এটি করান। কিন্তু অন্তঃপুর চারিনীদের এটি করা উচিত নয়।(collected)
